Tanner Buchanan is an American actor. He became popular for his role as Robby Keene in the Cobra Kai series.  Also, he is twenty-three years old now but he started his career very young. His first appearance was in the television series Modern Family in 2010. Then he got lots of opportunities to become part of major films and series. Tanner Buchanan is a rising star 

Buchanan started his career at a very young age. He was an only child when he appeared in a role in Modern Family. But his breakout role was in Cobra Kai as he played the estranged son of Johnny Lawrence Robby Keene. In this role, he became popular for his mysterious and serious appearance. Also, because of his long time experience in the acting field, he is a great actor.

A talented musician 

Buchanan is a great singer too as he has lots of musical talents. In 2017 in one of the scenes clip, the fans could see him playing the guitar with his onscreen sibling McKenna Grace. Also, he seemed to play the guitar with ease beautifully. 

He spreads awareness about body image 

As Buchanan’s role in the Cobra Kai series is very physical because of a lot of action he is doing all he can to keep his body fit and healthy. But he says that the body image expected in the industry makes it tough for him to keep it. Plus, it is pressurising to work out. He says that as long he is healthy he does not care about what is expected of his body to look like as an actor. Also, there is no need to be perfect. Many times he has seen other actors with lots of muscles and strong bodies which make him self-conscious about his body. But now he is better at appreciating his body for staying healthy and fit. 

He has acted with Peter Meyer 

In the series, He’s All That Buchanan plays the role where he is a rival to the role played by Peter Meyers. They are behind the same girl. Also, they were romantic rivals in the series Girl Meets World where they are attracted to Riley Mathews played by Rowan Blanchard. For Buchanan, it was fun to act with Meyers again. He also joked “It was also really fun to fight him”. 

Buchannan can tap dance 

It turns out that one of his hidden talents of Buchanan is that he can tap dance. He appeared on Anna Faris’s Unqualified podcast in 2021. In the podcast, he revealed this talent. He said “All my cousins were women and they danced . . . Coming from a small town [in the] Midwest, it’s all sports. If you’re a guy, you’re a manly man. It’s that whole thing, but that’s not what I wanted to do. I wanted to perform, and I was different. I was the only and first boy to dance in our town for years”.

Further, he continued “I actually got into competitive dance . . . I would travel around Ohio and go dancing competitions. I’d have my solo piece and then I would have a dance with girls”. He also shared a clip of him tap dancing which was fun to see. 

He is not that active on social media 

It sees Tanner Buchanan is not as active in social media as his fan expects. He is a private person. Although he has an Instagram account he only posts sparingly. Plus, he only posts about the series or film released not more than that.
